PUBLISHING COMPANY’S ORDER POLICY

Products and Services:

All products and services are rendered upon clearance of customer's payment, unless a “Consignment Order/Purchase Agreement” has been made between the Publisher and a bookstore, business, company, or individual ordering books.

Under the “Consignment Order/Purchase Agreement,” all unsold original books must be returned in saleable condition at the ordering store’s expense by the Payment Due Date, unless other arrangements have been made by the Publisher and the ordering store, including extending the “Consignment Order/Purchase Agreement” Payment Due Date.

The company/individual ordering the books under a “Consignment Order/Purchase Agreement” is responsible for paying the publisher for the full number of books ordered by the Payment Due Date or for returning all unsold original books in saleable condition.

After the initial delivery of the ordered books, the books become the responsibility of the company and
payment of the full order is due by the Payment Due Date, unless other arrangements have been made, including extending the “Consignment Order/Purchase Agreement” Payment Due Date.

Any books that are considered “missing,” “stolen,” etc. from the company’s stock/shelf are the responsibility of the company and payment for any missing books is still due as part of the original consignment order.

For “Book-Signing Events,” customers will receive their product(s) during the book-sale transaction(s) the day of the “Book-Signing Event.” Customer contact information will be needed for any payments made with checks and/or credit cards. Receipts will be given upon a customer’s request.

Upon clearance of customer's payment, orders are processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of customer's payment.

Refund Policy for Books, Music, and All Products:

All products are inspected for quality by the Publishing Company prior to being sent to the customer, bookstore, or event. If, upon receipt of the product(s), there is a major defect to the appearance and function of a product(s) that affects the customer's and/or bookstore’s ability to use the product(s), then the customer and/or bookstore may be refunded for the product(s) ordered and purchased directly from the Publisher. If the product(s) is damaged during the mailing process and, due to obvious visible physical damage to the outside of the package, the product(s) is damaged to the detriment of the customer's and/or bookstore’s ability to use the product(s), then the customer and/or bookstore may send the product back in its original package along with the original receipt to the publisher within 14 days of the date on the receipt. (Customers may keep a copy of the receipt for their records.) The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the product and the initial shipping and handling of the product. The customer will not be refunded for the cost to mail the product back to the Publisher. If the product is damaged in any way (intentionally or accidentally) after the customer opens the initially mailed package and uses the product, than no refunds will apply or be granted. All products are packaged to ensure quality.

Autographed and Personalized Books Policy: 

Please Note: All autographed books are non-refundable. If the customer has ordered a book and has requested (in writing or verbally) that the book have an autograph from the author written in the book, then no refunds will apply or be granted to the customer. Any autograph from the author may appear on any page of the book based on the author's decision, but it may usually appear on one of the first few pages at the beginning of the book. The content of the autograph will usually include the author's first name based on the author's decision and right to include what he/she chooses. The author may also choose to include a personal sentiment if he/she chooses. If the customer has requested in writing to have the book personalized with the customer's name (first names only), this request needs to be written legibly or typed. If the author and/or Publisher are unable to read the written or typed request, the author and/or Publisher may opt not to include the personalized name, but only the author's autograph. Please note that no attempts will be made to contact the customer for clarification of the customer's name and/or the customer's spelling of his/her name. Also, if the author has misread or misspelled the customer's name due to human error, no refunds will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
